What To Expect Before We Arrive to clean
We want to make sure you have the best experience possible. We’ll start by ensuring you fully understand our cleaning packages which include Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and Move-In | Move-Out Cleaning. Then, we’ll ask if you have any additional requests or off limit rooms. This information will enable us to provide an accurate quote, exceed your expectations and leave your home in pristine condition. This is done via our Booking Form.
Before we arrive, we will contact you regarding arrangements for property access. You can provide us with a key or an access code, or you can ensure that someone is at home during your scheduled time to let us in. We provide cleaning services throughout the week, so there should be no problems finding the perfect time that suits you, whether you wish to be at home during the cleaning or not.
If you need to make any changes to your package, appointment date, or scheduled time, you can do so up to 24 hours before your appointment. We keep our team booked and organized, so late cancellations will incur a fee.
What to Expect During Your Cleaning
Our team will arrive with all the necessary equipment and supplies. Our Maids will use a combination of vacuums, mops, cleaning solutions, and other cleaning supplies to give your home a sparkling clean.
However, if you have any special cleaning products or tools that you would like us to use, please make sure to let us know in advance. Our team will be respectful of your home, your time, and your privacy. We will arrive on time, work quickly and efficiently, and leave your home looking spotless.
Once our Maids arrives, they’ll have an initial walkthrough with you to pinpoint areas you wish we pay close attention to. We do not mind you staying while we do the cleaning, but we do recommend moving from room to room to allow our Maids the space they need to clean properly.
Please note that our Maids cannot move large and heavy items or reach areas over 6 feet high due to liability issues.
What to Expect After Your Cleaning
Once our Maids are done cleaning, they will have a walkthrough inspection with you. We want to make sure you are satisfied, and all the jobs on our cleaning checklist are done to your satisfaction. If you deem your Maids’ work unsatisfactory and state so during this inspection, they will perform cleaning once more, free of charge.
In case you notice any lost or damaged property after our cleaning service you should inform us as soon as possible so we can address the issue. We will do what we can to repair or replace the lost or damaged items.
After your cleaning, we will send you an email to ask for your honest feedback and rate your Maids and the services performed.
