How do I create account?

When you complete the booking process, an account will automatically generate for you. At that time, you’ll set up your account and choose your password.

Do you service my area?

Our business is based in Port St lucie, FL. If we can reach you within a few hours, you’re in!

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning involves cleaning a home or an apartment and includes services such as  mopping/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc.

We do offer additional services such as cleaning inside your fridge and inside your oven.

Additional services can be selected while booking your service.

How much will it cost?

Prices are determined based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home.

Once you select how many bedrooms and bathrooms are in your home, the cost of your service will show instantly.

Recurring subsctiptions of weekly, bi-weekly, monthly offer a discount ranging from 10% t0 20% off.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes! We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible.

Alternatively, we can use green products if you would prefer.

Please let us know if you would prefer green cleaning products so we can plan for this in advance.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely! Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

Absolutely! Simply enter your coupon code (gift card) into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time, you can log into your account and see the balance on any gift cards you have.

Why are vouchers for first time customer only?

We offer many incentives for our clients such as discounts on reoccurring services, holidays, birthdays etc.

I bought a voucher how do I redeem it?

In most cases, you can enter your coupon code directly on the booking form. If you have any issues, please contact us and we will assist.

How do I refer a friend?

Log into your account and get your referral code. Share this with your friends and family.

If someone books a service through your referral code, they will automatically get a $25 discount and you will earn a $25 referral reward that can be applied to future services.

How do I log into my account?

How do I reset my password?

Log into your account at https://wilkinsonservices.launch27.com/login and select “Forgot Password”.

Enter your email address and then hit “Submit”. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

How do I change my address?

Yes, log into your account and you’ll be able to update your address.

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your account at https://wilkinsonservices.launch27.com/login and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply go to our Booking Form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively, you can give us a call if you experience any issues

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our Certified Cleaners complete an extensive interview process and passed a nationwide background check.

We only accept the best of the best which means approximately 10% of the people that apply work for us.

You can trust our team for your cleaning needs.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

Please let us know right away, and we’ll take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes! We have three levels of security in place.

First off, our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL.

Secondly, our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security.

Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol.

In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).

Rest assured, we take security very seriously!

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

What is your 200% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.

What is your refund policy?

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within 24 hours).

If you are still not satisfied after our re-clean is complete, we’ll offer a full refund.
